Hot Off The Press!
I enjoy writing about the things near and dear to my
heart; such as our off-grid ranch life, animals, travel, cooking and real food,
to name but a few. Natural animal health care through Animal Naturopathy holds
a very special place.
I am delighted to announce the release of my first written
creation - an ebook entitled “The Eight Laws of Health in Animal Naturopathy”!
Do you try to eat right and take care of your own health
naturally? Ever wonder how to do the same for your pets? My new eBook will help
you give your beloved pets a healthier life naturally!
In it you will find a brief overview of Animal
Naturopathy as each of the Eight Laws is discussed in light of our personal experiences
and how we deal naturally with issues in our animals on the Ranch.
There are two ways to obtain your personal copy of “The
Eight Laws of Health in Animal Naturopathy”- 1) purchase it at Lulu,
OR 2) be one of the first 3 people
to subscribe as a Follower on any of our Blogs and I’ll email you a FREE copy.
Our Blogs are: Journey Into the Country,
Highland Glenn English Shepherds,
and Letters From the Ranch.
This book combines my love of animals and natural health
to help support my Blogs and the Ranch.
So, thank you for your support!
Good Health to You,
Krystal

The Newest Ranch Hand!
Introducing the newest Ranch hand and addition to our English Shepherd
pack… Highland Glenn’s Blackrock Ailagh!
Ailagh is a beautiful Black & Tan female who came to us by way of her owner/breeder whose life circumstances
changed dramatically. She needed to find a home for Ailagh in which she could
blossom contentedly. Interestingly enough, we had hoped to get a female from
Ailagh’s litter (knowing the cross with Liam’s lines would be a good one) but
decided to keep one of our puppies. Isn’t it funny how things happen?
We are simply tickled pink to have her! Ailagh (pronounced
AY-la) and Fahey met last fall, hitting if off right away. Well they are the best
of mates now!
Ailagh is Naturally Reared like our dogs so will expand our
line of Naturally Reared English Shepherds.

THE
PARENTS
Highland Glenn’s du Prairie Liam x Glimmercroft
Greer
Liam and Greer are
both Naturally Reared. They are affectionate companions, eager to please, social
in public, dutiful guardians of home with moderate energy/drive, versatile, good
structure, and working traits with various livestock. They produce even-tempered puppies that are strong and well-balanced in structure, very bright, with
great working instincts and moderate-to-high energy/drive; wonderful for either
working or active companion homes.

8 Laws of Health
Over the last few months I’ve been writing about the
naturopathic Eight Laws of Health – nutrition, exercise, water, sunshine,
temperance, air, rest, and trust (acronym NEWSTART) - as they relate to animals,
focusing especially on dogs and cats.
These Laws are the foundation of Natural Rearing which we
practice on the Ranch. Each post offers a basic overview of one Law at a time,
sort of a primer on animal naturopathy.

Shepherd blog to read all the posts!
